Maximum Progress with Minimum Intrusion

Completing projects in a way that prioritizes ease of use and minimum disturbance of roadways, sidewalks and neighborhoods is a key factor in our process at Kimmins and with the owners and subs that we work with. This week we are partnering with Bradshaw Construction on the completion of a micro tunnel that will lay a water main underneath Meridian Avenue.

During this process only part of one lane on Meridian will be closed. The 12” pipe will be laid in a 30” casing and will make the final water loop into the Water Street Development. Keep up here for photos on the process as the project proceeds. Here is the initial box set for the project.
