Kimmins' Response to the Covid 19 Outbreak

New signage at each job site keeps our staff reminded of best practice.

New signage at each job site keeps our staff reminded of best practice.

Three months into a pandemic that has effected us all, our team is doubling down on our efforts to protect ourselves, our employees and the community. Below you will find a list of action steps that we are taking to maximize safety.

  1. Face coverings have been given to all Kimmins’ staff. We are enforcing the use of them when we are within 6 feet of each other.

  2. Social Distancing is required at all times both in the offices and at our job sites when possible.

  3. Personal water bottles have been given to all field staff.

  4. Hand washing stations have been installed on each job site. Hand washing and the use of hand sanitizer is being encouraged.

  5. A somewhat flexible work schedule has been established in the office, with options of working from home or on a job site when possible.

  6. Quarantine of at least two weeks if/when employees test positive with two negative tests is being enforced.

  7. Signage has been placed on each job site and in our offices to remind employees of the CDC guidelines.

We look forward to the time when we will be able to return to working without these precautions. In the meantime keeping our team healthy and safe is a priority for us.
